- 30g / 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 30g / 2 tbsp black or balsamic vinegar
- 30g / 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 15g / 1 tbsp tahini
optional - 10g / 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- black pepper, to taste
- sesame seeds, for texture

- mix thoroughly
notes
- sauce can be made without fresh ingredients and stored in fridge
- tahini makes the sauce creamy
- fresh ingredients are very optional
- adjust everything to taste
